I warn all European entrepreneurs not to buy fat bikes here. I had ordered 6 EB4 fat bikes and the sprocket was short so you could not cycle and with the second order my bikes disappeared. After a lot of talking, I finally received 6 bikes again, the saddle made a noise. and they forgot to put stickers under the saddle and I would be compensated because I had incurred costs through them and now they want to give this back with all kinds of demands if I insist on ordering 5 bicycles. the sellers are nice, but when it comes to money that they have to pay back, all kinds of demands come and the sellers say that they were allowed to say this from the factory, but I don't trust any of them. This is a warning to sellers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and all other European countries

The quality of this E-bike is fantastic, price was excellent and the after purchase customer care was outstanding. Han was always available to communicate with me. He made the process easy from start to finish. Han answered my many questions so I was comfortable to make the purchase. And he keep me informed throughout transit time. Once the bike arrived, Han made sure I had everything to set it up. Thank you Han, You have been Amazing!! I love the E-bike
